• Abuse and illegal content
  DDoS attacks or any other attacks launched from within our servers or against our servers will result in your account being terminated. What you cannot host are: No IRC or related processes (regular network). No cracked/pirated software, illegal mp3s, virus/trojans (nor can you link to it). No illegal pornography (eg. kiddie porn) Any user in violation of this policy will have their site suspended and asked to remove it. Failure to do so will result in account termination.
• Adult Material
  Clients are allowed to host adult content as long as it is legal.
• Proxy Servers
  Clients are only allowed to host proxy servers on reseller accounts or after paying the proxy allowance fee on shared accounts. This fee is just a standard flat rate of $6 on shared packages monthly. If you intend to host a proxy you will need to contact sales and let them know. Any account found to be using an unauthorized proxy will be either terminated or charged $10 for the first month and then is dropped to $6 after the next month.
• Torrent Policy
  Torrent trackers may be hosted with legal content where the users have legal rights to the files.
• TorrentFlux Policy
  TorrentFlux accounts are for legal content only. We cannot and will not be held responsibility for anything you as a customer download. The responsibility is yours to make sure you hold the copyright to any material you download. It is our policy to respect your privacy as a paying customer so we will not monitor what you download be we will monitor resources used in the TorrentFlux admin section (disk space/bandwidth). If complaints are received of any copyrighted material on the server we will have to delete it immediately. IP addresses are logged for security and legal purposes if need be. We cannot be held responsible for what our users upload or download via TorrentFlux accounts.

• Copyrights
  Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.
• Privacy Policy
  All client information is stored in secure encrypted databases and is confidential. Passwords, emails, etc will never be sold or given to any third parties.
• Cancellation Policy
  w00ts!te Solutions requires written notice to our billing dept. at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
• Spam Policy
  w00ts!te Solutions does NOT condone spamming. If you're found to be spamming from our servers your account will be terminated. Anyone who knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be terminated and no refunds will be given. Sites repeatedly "spamvertised" are also not allowed to be hosted. Mass emailing is also not permitted (even double opt-in) without prior consent from w00ts!te Solutions.
• Uptime Policy
  w00ts!te Solutions promises to have your website/server up 99.99% of the month. This excludes all scheduled maintenance, reboots, self inflicted downtime, acts of God, backbone issues, DDoS, and hardware failures.
• IRC Policy
  IRC and related items may be hosted on our network but only with permission.
• Do not abuse support staff (treat them the same way you expect to be treated).
• Do not do anything to your server unless you are 100% sure it will work. If you have any doubts please check with support staff to see if what you are doing is viable and allowed
• w00ts!te Solutions reserves the exclusive right to modify or change this agreement, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you. It will be the responsibility of the Customer to view the latest available version of this agreement via our website.
